Isra University Signs Memoranda of Understanding

A delegation of Isra University, Hyderabad comprising Prof. Dr. Hameedullah Kazi, Pro-Vice Chancellor (Engineering & Management Sciences), Dr. Qamaruddin Mahar, Chairperson Department of Management Sciences and Mr. Hunain Ansari, visited six institutions between 29 August, 2016 and 1 September, 2016 and signed Memoranda of Understanding with them to promote collaboration in entrepreneurship & career services, research in multidisciplinary areas, and various academic activities. On Monday, 29 August, 2016, the delegation visited Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan, Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar and University of Peshawar to meet their Vice Chancellors and sign the MoU. Subsequently, on Tuesday, 30 August, 2016, the delegation of Isra University was hosted by the Vice Chancellors at University of Science & Technology, Bannu and Kohat University of Science and Technology at their respective campuses, where the MoU signing took place. The delegation also visited Karakoram International University, Gilgit on Thursday, 1 September, 2016 to meet their Vice Chancellor and sign the formal agreement. As a follow up to the linkages, Isra University is scheduled to conduct various workshops for students at its partnering institutions on how to launch their own business and how to conduct an effective job search. These institutional collaborations will contribute in bringing positive impact on local communities and help harness the human potential of the talented youth.
