Major Responsibilities:
- Supervise research students and evaluate their research work routinely.
- Identify and promote professional growth opportunities for research students. Ensure adherence to professional standards and ethics of prospect research.
- Develop and adhere to protocol regulatory requirements, good clinical practice regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Verify compliance and quality of collected data and validating the research work.
- Plan & monitor research budgets and arrange resources for research within the budget.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
