Major Responsibilities:
Resolve complaints received through Help Desk and/or other sources.
Communicate queries to the concerned person for quick action.
Prepare complain reports for Director, Human Capital.
Carry out day to day administrative tasks; including handling incoming & outgoing mails, monitoring supplies, & maintaining personnel files.
