  1. To design and execute placement strategies and policies for effective and result driven placement.
  2. To reach out to the unexplored market segment for placements.
  3. To conceptualize, design and implement promotional campaigns for accomplishment of placement goals.
  4. Assist the Director/Deputy Director, Career Development Center in facilitating students in their career development
  5. Collect student CVs and provide feedback
  6. Counsel students on career paths
  7. Train students for job interviews
  8. Arrange mock interviews by engaging professionals from industry to provide students with real-life exposure.
  9. Organize annual career fair
  10. Facilitate campus recruitment initiatives to enhance employability of students.
  11. Leverage industrial linkages to facilitate placement of fresh graduates.
  12. Manage placement budgets for procurement and logistics.
Preferably Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Human Resource, Marketing or Sales). However Bachelor’s or any other qualification with significant relevant experience will also be considered.

  • Well versed in both, written and spoken competence in English.
  • Remarkable interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite ‑ strong PowerPoint skills are critical
5 – 10 years of progressively responsible professional experience as career counselor, job placement manager, market segment lead (placements)
Industrial Liaison Associate
  1. Assist the Director/Deputy Director, Center for Entrepreneurship & Career Development Center in facilitating students and potential entrepreneurs.
  2. Coordinate with industry personnel to participate in annual career fair and facilitate the placement of fresh graduates and interns.
  3. Identify business development opportunities especially in emerging markets in collaboration with industry personnel.

Facilitate linkage between industry personnel and entrepreneurs for their mentoring in enterprise and business development

Preferably Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Human Resource, Industrial Relations). Bachelor’s or any other qualification with significant relevant experience will also be considered.

  • Well versed in both, written and spoken competence in English.

  • Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite – strong PowerPoint skills are critical
2 – 5 years of professional experience in establishing professional linkages with industries in partnership arrangements
Entrepreneurship Manager
  1. Entrepreneurship, or managing clusters of small and medium enterprises.
  2. Coordination with concerned local/International Government and Private bodies for initiating and fostering small and medium enterprises as well as reinvigorating them.
1st Class MBA(18 years of Education) or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized University/Institute, preferably with specialization in Entrepreneurship or at least having the subject of Entrepreneurship in the degree Minimum 02 years relevant experience.
