Degree Attestation by the Higher Education Commission

Dear Isra University Graduates,

Following the recent notification from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) we are pleased to inform you that the HEC has resumed attestation for degrees awarded by Isra University. Please follow the procedure detailed below for the degree attestation process.

Degree Supplement Information Form (DSIF): All graduates seeking attestation are now required apply for the degree attestation at the HEC e-portal and submit a notarized Degree Supplement Information Form (DSIF) on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 20 to the HEC (Link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1N6Ebi712gQl6llP-h1NameVlF0F1GBXx/view). This form must be duly signed by the applicant and will be verified by the Controller of Examinations and Registrar of Isra University.

DSIF Submission Procedure:

• Hyderabad Campus Students: Please submit the completed and signed DSIF Form (on a stamp paper of Rs. 20) directly to the Controller of Examinations Office at the Hyderabad campus.
• Islamabad and Karachi Campus Students: Please submit the completed and signed DSIF Form (on a stamp paper of Rs. 20) to the Examination Office at your respective campus. These forms will be sent to the Hyderabad campus daily for signatures. Once the DSIF forms are signed by the Controller of Examination and the Registrar, these will be returned to the relevant campus for collection by students within 5-7 working days.

Ensure Accuracy: Please attach photocopy of CNIC, Transcript & Degree & ensure the information you provide on the DSIF is accurate to avoid processing delays.

Contact Relevant University Staff: Please contact the Examinations’ Office at your respective campus (Hyderabad, Islamabad or Karachi) for assistance or any other guidance you may need on the attestation process.
