  • The admission for 4-year Bachelor Degree Programs like BS (CS, SE & IT), BBA, BS in English are announced twice a year: i.e. in September for the Spring Session and in May for the Fall Session.
  • The admission for 4-year Bachelor Degree Programs like BE in CE, ME & EE are announced once a year: i.e. in May.
  • The admission for 4-year Bachelor Degree Programs like BSN are announced once a year: i.e. in September.
  • The admission for 5-year Bachelor Degree Programs like MBBS and BDS are announced once a year: in September after the MDCAT Test.
  • The admission for Paramedics Diploma Program and DHCA under Isra School of Paramedics are announced once a year: in September.

When will the admission of Master Degree Program (Postgraduate) announce?
  • The admission for Master & Doctorate Degree Programs like MBA, MS, M.Phil. and Ph.D. are announced twice in a year i.e. in September for Spring Session and in May for Fall Session.
  • The admission for Diploma, Master & Doctorate Degree Programs (Basic & Clinical Sciences) like Diploma in Dermatology, Diploma in Gynecology, Diploma in Radiology, MD, MS, MDS, MS(PR), M.Phil. and Ph. What is the date of the aptitude test?
The candidates applying at Isra University are informed through Call and Email regarding the test date and timings.

When will be the result of aptitude test announced?
Within a week of conduction of aptitude test.

When is the interview conducted?
  • For Undergraduate Programs: The interview is conducted on the same day in the best interest of candidates and their parents/guardians in order to save their time and transportation cost.
  • For Postgraduate Programs: The interview is scheduled after a week of the conduction of test.

Will the student applying for Masters and Doctorate Level Program also have to give the aptitude test?
  • For Postgraduate Programs like MBA: The aptitude test will be conducted as per HEC rules.
  • For Postgraduate Programs like MS, M.Phil. and Ph.D: The university based GRE test will be conducted.
  • For Postgraduate Programs like MD, MS, MDS, MSS (PR), Diploma: The subject based test will be conducted.

When will be the Final merit list announced?
The Final Merit List is announced after compiling the test and interview results. The successful candidates are informed via Calls and Emails.

What is the criteria for A-Level and O-Level students?
The student having O-Levels and A-Levels background, they have to produce IBCC Equivalence Certificate.

What is the criteria for HSSC students?
  • For Engineering Programs, as per PEC rules, the student must have at least 60% marks in HSSC.
  • For MBBS/BDS/DPT/Phar.D. Programs, as per HEC rules, the student must have at least 60% marks in HSSC.
  • For BSN Programs, as per HEC rules, the student must have at least 50% marks in HSSC.
  • For Other Programs, as per HEC rules, the student must have at least 45% marks in HSSC.

What is the criteria for exemption from the Aptitude Test on SAT?
The applicant can apply for the exemption on the basis of given SAT score and condition:

  •  A score of 550 (out of 800) in Mathematics is required.
  •  A score of 550 (out of 800) in Evidence-Based Reading and Writing is required.
  •  A total score of 1,100 is required.
  •  The validity of SAT score is one year only.

What will the test consist for Bachelor’s and Master’s?
  • For Undergraduate Program, an MCQs based test is taken consisting of 60 questions from Physics, Chemistry, English, Mathematics, General Knowledge and Analytical parts duration 1 hour.
  • For Postgraduate Program like MBA, an MCQs based test is taken consisting of 60 questions from Physics English, Mathematics, General Knowledge, Accounting, Economics and Analytical parts duration 1 hour.
  • For Postgraduate Program like MS, M.Phil. Ph.D., a GRE test is conducted at the university duration 2 hour.
  • For Postgraduate Program (Basic and Clinical Sciences) like MD, MS, MDS, MS (PR), Diploma, a subject based 100 MCQs test is conducted by the university duration 2 hour.

How many years is the MBA program?
  • For students having 14 years Bachelor’s Degree: 3.5 years.
  • For students having 16 years Bachelor’s Degree (With Non Business Background): 2.5 years.
  • For students having 16 years Bachelor’s Degree (With Business Background): 2 years.

What is the fee structure for Bachelor’s programs?
  • The fee structure for different programs is different.

What’s the difference between GAT General and GAT Subject test?
The GAT General test is required for the admission in MS/MPhil programs while the GAT Subject test is required for the admission in PhD programs.

What is the policy and procedure of Credit transfer?
  • All requests must be for the same level of program. Courses completed in Bachelor’s program cannot be considered for Master’s program.
  • The credit hours will not be considered from program which has been completed and the student has been graduated.
  • Transfer applications can be submitted once and at least two weeks before commencement of the first semester, late applications for transfer of credits will not be considered nor any second application will be accepted.
  • Student will be required to submit the application along with course outlines and an official transcript at the Admissions Office of Isra University.
  • The Committee has the right to reject any course or an application.
