The aim of the training program is to produce a Cardiologist having sufficient knowledge, skill and attitude to provide care at the specialist level with confidence.
This is a two-year program with 48 credit hours of clinical and surgical training in the field of Cardiology.

The aim of the training program is to produce a child health specialist having sufficient knowledge, skill and attitude to provide care at the specialist level with confidence.
This is a two-year program with 48 credit hours of clinical training in the field of Paediatrics.
The aim of the training program is to produce an Ophthalmologist having sufficient knowledge, skill and attitude to provide care at the specialist level with confidence.
This is a two-year program with 48 credit hours of clinical and surgical training in the field of Ophthalmology.

Scheme of Diploma / M.Sc Programs in Clinical Sciences [Total of 42 Credit-Hours]

First Year [Two Semester Examinations; Minimum of 9 Credits Each Semester]

Second Year [Two Semester Examinations; Minimum of 9 Credits Each Semester]]

A student is required to publish one paper [that earns him 6 credit-hours] in a PM&DC indexed journal as first author
OR
Write a Project Report [that earns him 6 credit hours]

Evaluation and Examination

Internal Evaluation

Semester Examinations in Theory and Practical

Contribution to Final Grade: 40%

Contribution to Final Grade: 60%

A student is required to pass each component [Theory & Practical] separately with a minimum passing mark of 60% in each component.

Final Certifying Examination

The student is required to sit in Final Certifying Examination at the end of Second Year.
The examination comprises theory and practical form the whole program

Oral Examination on the report / published research .
