Isra University, Karachi Campus Celebrates its 6th Convocation

Isra University, Karachi Campus Celebrates the Graduation of 203Students at its 6th Convocation 202:Governor, Sindh, Imran Ismail, congratulated the students of Isra University Karachi campus on its 6th annual convocation ceremony held on 18th September 2021. The Governor said that I feel delighted while interacting with the Youth of the country and expressed his thoughts. He said that the youth should first set a goal in their lives and then work hard to achieve that goal. He encouraged the students, and said that you have to grow and serve your nation because the country needs your help and support in every way. He also said, due to Covid-19 I attended the Isra University Islamabad and Hyderabad Convocation online but It was my wish to be part of Isra University Convocation and today that wish is fulfilled. While interacting with the students, the governor said that we see hope when we see you. Also, we have to get ready for every kind of circumstances in the future. Besides, the Governor once again congratulated the Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Asadullah kazi, Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Nazeer Ashraf Laghari, Board of Directors, Faculty Members, students and their parents on the occasion.The Isra University conferred degrees to around 203 students belonging to Medical Sciences, Vision Sciences and Physical Therapy. The students work really hard during their academic life and today is your day to celebrate it, said the chancellor, Prof. Dr. Asadullah Kazi while addressing to the students. He also said that today is very important and joyful day for the students who will be awarded with the degrees and they’ll get into a new life. Prof. Dr. Kazi told that Isra University works for human welfare and also provides scholarships to the needy and deserving students with the help of Sindh government. He also highlighted the two other campuses of Isra University in Islamabad and Hyderabad which are also affiliated by HEC, Pakistan. The Chancellor congratulated the students and wished them for their better future.However, Prof. Dr. Nazeer Ashraf Laghari, Vice Chancellor, Isra University said that Isra University is the only private university in Hyderabad that is approved by Sindh government and affiliated by HEC. Prof. Dr. Laghari said that today is the most important day in the life of every student because every student works really hard to pass every exam and get his/her desired degree. Moreover, he advised the students that they should serve the country during their professional life and become the leaders of the nation. He also said that never fear failure but learn from your mistakes. The Vice chancellor informed the students that success is not an immediate thing but it takes time, efforts, patience and hard work. Higher Education Commission Pakistan has ranked Isra University as one of the best private universities and our degrees are affiliated with HEC and the medical degrees are affiliated with PM&DC said the Vice Chancellor.On the occasion, Umar Tariq, Malaika, Maheen and Husnain Pasha secured gold medals in their degree programs. However, Nayab Yasin, Maryam Liaqat, Maham Gul and Aqsa Soomro secured Silver medals. Besides, Sana Bari, Hura Ulfat and Maryam Bibi secured bronze medals. Mr. Zaid Ahmed Laghari, Managing Director, Isra University, interacted with the audience and presented vote of thanks to the Chief Guest, Mr. Imran Ismail and thanked to Chancellor, Vice Chancellor, other dignitaries, organizing team and students of Isra University for their efforts behind this successful event.
