Student life at Isra In its short history of fourteen years, the University has grown from 30 students in the Fall Semester 1997 to more than 1500 students, at the present time. The University, currently offers more than 40 degree programs ranging from bachelor's to PhD levels, in a wide variety of fields of study.
Student life at Isra Student activities are organized by committees / societies / clubs for sports, art and culture, science and technology, debates, literary pursuits and so forth. A member of staff or faculty is assigned to each committee to provide guidance and interface with the University administration.

Such participation is intended to stimulate the students & promote their contribution to matters of institutional concern like conduct of business in an orderly manner & development of the spirit of teamwork & cooperation.

Research at Isra Isra University offers very healthy environment for research in the areas of medicine, technology and management sciences at national and international levels.
Karachi Campus The Karachi Campus is strategically located at 5 kms from Malir No. 15, Main Shahrah-e-Faisal. The beautiful and lush green campus houses the Al-Ibrahim Eye Hospital, Al-Tibri Medical College, Isra School of Optometry and Isra Postgraduate Institute of Ophthalmology.
Islamabad Campus Isra University Islamabad campus started in 2009, a state of art teaching hospital with 300 bed is operational from May 2011. 100 MBBS students are studying since January 2012 in Al Nafees Medical College, in SEAS currently 224 students are studying various disciplines & in IIRS we have 145 Students. Our BSC MLT is one year old & comprises two years of study under an annual system.

Minimum Degree Requirements: The program comprises of a minimum of 48 credits including 12 credits for the 4 core courses that cover the major areas of management sciences, 9 credits from a chosen area of specialization, 3 credits for a special study related to the area of specialization and 24 credits for the thesis which forms the major research component of this program. The minimum qualification for entering this program is a four year bachelor degree or 16 years of education in a related area.
